To complete the capital campaign for their new arts center in Portsmouth, 3S Artspace needed images to sell their vision of turning an old industrial building into a destination for visual and performing arts. We developed this series of images to realize their designs years before the building would be finished. From studying different decay patterns of corten steel, to climbing on the roof to photograph the view behind, every element was considered and revised until just right.
